Our fixed price contract guarantees you peace of mind. We constantly monitor your council approval process.
An informative pre-construction meeting introduces you to your site supervisor.

3. Selection & Construction
In consultation with our inhouse interior designers and utilising our exclusive Home Selection Centre, your final colours, textures, products and fittings are chosen.
Your personal site supervisor monitors construction and is readily available to you.

4. Handover & Inspection
Once your site supervisor is completely satisfied that our quality standards are met, we personally guide you through your brand new home. Your handover package includes all construction records, home keys, certificates and warranties.
